Terms of use
Last updated: 16 September 2026 · HomeFinder is operated by Studio S+RK LLC, trading as l’Atelier.
1. Information only
HomeFinder provides planning information aggregated from public data sources. Nothing on this site constitutes planning advice, architectural advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on any information from this site without independent verification.
2. Accuracy
We make no warranty that the information on this site is accurate, complete, or up to date. Planning constraints and application records are sourced from third-party public APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify directly with the relevant local planning authority before taking any action.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided through this service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Data sources
This service uses public data from planning.data.gov.uk and HM Land Registry Price Paid Data (both under the Open Government Licence v3.0), the Planning London Datahub (GLA), the Environment Agency’s LIDAR survey (OGL), and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Each item in a report names its source and the date it was fetched; the sources may lag the local authority’s own records.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your local courts.
